The Santulan Veda Group Meditation combines a brief Peace Meditation (YOPF) with a guided Music Meditation and an optional, practice-oriented reflection. This simple yet powerful structure helps you settle into stillness, deepen mindfulness, and carry inspiration into your daily life.

A guided group practice with a short Peace Meditation (YOPF), a 45-minute Music Meditation, and an optional reflection. The aim is deep relaxation, mental clarity, and inner balance.

Everyone – beginners and advanced practitioners alike. No prior experience is required; openness and comfortable clothing are sufficient.

Comfortable clothing, socks, and perhaps a light sweater. Cushions and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Plan for about 60–75 minutes (including the optional reflection). Please arrive by 6:50 pm so we can begin on time.

Meditation is generally gentle. If you are experiencing acute psychological crises, severe depression, or trauma-related issues, please consult your doctor or therapist beforehand. Always respect your own limits during practice.
