In Ayurvedic massage, great importance is attached to the quality of the massage oil used. I only use the original oils of Santulan Ayurveda Pvt. from India. They are produced according to old ayurvedic tradition – without compromising the quality of the ingredients used and the elaborate production process.

The basic substance of the oils is sesame oil, to which other substances such as milk, suds of various herbs, water etc. are added. The oil, including the added components, is boiled for hours. Only through this transformation process the effect of authentically produced Ayurvedic oils is achieved. They are well absorbed by the skin and also reach the deeper tissue layers.

For certain skin types and constitutions, oils based on coconut oil or ghee are also used.
